Making a difference

After years of providing self-esteem programmes, and mindfulness in schools, I now want to share my passion, knowledge and resources with others. This will allow teachers to gain a clear knowledge on emotional well-being and many resources that will help children in their care. We want to reduce the increase of children’s mental health issues, and reflect on creating a more inclusive, creative learning environment, where all learners are valued, supported and celebrated. We aim to make changes for our future generation.

Our ethos is to celebrate individuality
